Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.

This quote is attributed to both Buddha and Gandhi, but we don’t truly know who originated it.  It appears to be a shortened version of a concept presented in ancient Sanskrit texts.  But whomever first said it, this is a profound truth.

Today millions of women (and awesome men) marched in unity.  Again.  And it was beautiful to see the love, the laughter, and yes, the shared outrage.  But most of all, when you look around, you see the Love.  And the Unity.

The Universe As One

I love to think of the whole universe together as one eternal fact.

I love to think that everything is alive; that crystallization is itself a step toward joy.
